Gordon is a native Texan from the USA, who moved to Denmark to be with his registered partner. He comes to Denmark with a background that includes numerous career and industry involvements: airline, hospitality, corporate communications, teaching university, real estate, and marketing/PR.

In early 2005 he was certified at Roskilde University as an authorized guide in Denmark for English-speaking guests, with a Tourist Guide Diploma. Since then he has guided thousands of tourists in Copenhagen and its environs. He has also been tour director for groups traveling throughout the Nordic countries, and he works as a travel consultant for individuals and groups.
